COVID-19 Appointment Protocols

To better protect our patients, their families and our team, we started new COVID Policies that will impact your next visit. Please familiarize yourself with our new protocols to prepare for your next appointment.

Patients will be asked to:

1. Call or text when you arrive at your next appointment from your car. We will advise you as to when to enter the office.

2. Please come to your appointment alone unless accompanying a minor or a patient needing assistance.

3. You will be asked to wash your hands when you arrive for your appointment.

4. Your temperature will be taken upon arrival. If your temperature is over 100.4, you will be asked to reschedule.

5. You will be asked to rinse with mouthwash before your appointment.

6. Please wear a mask in the waiting room if you have one. (One will not be provided for you).

7. Please call to reappoint if you are running a fever, have respiratory symptoms related to COVID or have been in contact with anyone testing positive in the last 14 days.

8. A nominal fee will be assessed to help cover the cost of the additional ADA/CDC required PPE.
